THE PROPERTY

Situated in the hills above the Valldemossa/Deia coast road the property is reached by a paved ‘camino’ or narrow road which winds its way up through an ancient olive grove. The house comprises of five double bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeping a maximum of ten guests. There are two reception halls, one of which used be an olive press room or ‘tafona’ and a smaller living room with satellite TV. There is an inglenook fireplace, perfect for the colder months and a fully equipped spacious kitchen. All the bedrooms on the first ground floor lead out to a terrace with sea views where one can access the infinity swimming pool. Perfect for sun lounging, breakfast or sunset drinks to the sound of sheep bells ringing from the terraced hill side. The arched pergola area with BBQ area is perfect for lunches in the shade or dinners. An ideal setting for nature lovers.

Location

About 30 - 40 minutes from Palma airport. Car hire is essential and there is parking for a maximum of two cars. Smaller cars are better suited to the road that leads up to the property. It’s about a 10-15 minute drive to the village. One can walk to Deia (35 minutes) or take taxis if necessary.

There are various beaches in the area but the easiest to get to is Cala Deia, a rocky cove with two restaurants, which is a 15 minute drive from the property.

We offer one free clean with every 14 nights of booking, extra cleaning available at an additional cost. Gardener and pool cleaning are included.

We provide contacts for local chefs and private catering, as well as babysitters and any other additional staff.
